CHRISTUS Health of Dallas, Texas is seeking a Senior Vice President, Mission and Organizational Ethics and Community Health (SVP).

The Senior Vice President, Mission and Organizational Ethics and Community Health (SVP) provides leadership and influence in the areas of Catholic Identity, Mission and Core Values integration, spirituality, organizational ethics and leadership development to ensure that the mission of CHRISTUS Health and its sponsoring Congregations is communicated effectively and integrated into all aspects of the organization.

A successful candidate proactively supports the mission, core values and vision of CHRISTUS Health and the history and heritage of the sponsoring congregations; demonstrates and expects others to demonstrate personal and professional behaviors consistent with CHRISTUS Health’s mission, vision and values. The successful candidate provides leadership and direction in strengthening the theological foundations of CHRISTUS as a Catholic healthcare system and develops and implements programs, particularly for boards and system/regional leadership.

Minimum of master’s degree in theology, scripture, spirituality or ethics; doctorate preferred. Ten years of demonstrated leadership and management experience with the ability to work effectively in a complex organizational structure.
